About Us
Lake Aero is housed in a 6,000 sq. ft hangar located next door to the pilots
lounge at the Port of Chelan airport.
We employ a staff of 6 people including 3 full time mechanics. Our
Staff has over 50 years of combined experience in aircraft maintenance. We
look forward to serving your needs.

of Lake Aero and Shop Forman, William (Willie) Mutter was Washington's
Aviation Mechanic of the year in 1999, and he just keeps getting
better. Willie and the Lake Aero staff will insure that your
aircraft service is performed to the highest standards.

| If you need an engine
overhauled to factory new specifications or would like us to install a new
factory re-manufactured engine, our staff would like the opportunity
to serve your needs. For a free overhaul quote or maintenance estimate

our
staff will respond promptly.
Shop rate $60/hr. with a 1/2 hour minimum in shop, 1 hour
minimum plus travel time outside of shop (in the field/off airport).
Time and 1/2 on weekends unless prior agreement. |

Lt. Singles & twins.
We offer annual inspections and maintain a full
variety of light single and twin engine aircraft, Beech, Cessna, Piper, Lake to
mention a few. |
Classics
We
maintain/restore a variety of classics such as Stearman, Navy N3N-3,
Fairchild Uc-61 (24), Howard DGA, Great Lakes and many more. |
Seaplanes
We
currently maintain Lake, Cessna 180, 185 & 206 deHavilland Beaver,
Republic Seabee, Piper PA-18 |
